A statement that the information contained in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with applicable law.
Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted on this website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and 512(g)(3) of the DMCA. A valid counter notification must include:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification.
Please note that knowingly misrepresenting material or activity as infringing may subject the complaining party to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
