Karrie helped us buy the condo we currently live in. When we bought a few years ago, she would send us listings every day and meet us to take tours nightly. We were in constant contact. When it came to actually buying, Karrie helped us understand the process and answered every question we had.
So, when we decided that we wanted to sell and buy a home we knew we wanted to work with Karrie again.
From the very beginning Karrie was on top of it. Whenever I had a question, Karrie would have the answer. She facilitated all aspects, our lender, new listings, and the sale of our current home.

A friend referred me to Karrie when I had to list my home quickly. Karrie is top notch and I would refer any and everyone to her. I had kind of a complex situation with needing to sell my home quickly for a move out of state and purchase another home simultaneously. Karrie worked with me every step of the way even listening to my opinion and input that might not have been the norm. Karrie kept me informed, asked all the right questions, and was always calm and optimistic. My home was listed so well and had several offers. Karrie was excellent at reviewing the pros and cons of every offer and when we ran into some delays with the buyers appraiser, Karrie handled it all with such grace and professionalism. Everything went so smoothly in what was a very complicated process and stressful timeframe. I couldn’t recommend Karrie more. She was awesome.

Karrie Kelley was referred to us as a respected realtor who works well with her clients to sell their property. We found this to be very true. She met with us and let us know that she hadn’t sold many farms but was willing to help us prepare for our sale. She went above and beyond in getting us to a successful sale in a short period of time. She was diligent in learning the process of farm sales and listed our farm, attracting the right buyers for us to consider. Since this was an estate sale under probate, she worked with our attorney to bring the sale to an acceptable finish that satisfied all parties in the transaction. We feel she had our best interests in mind when dealing with any issues that arose. If we had questions, she was able to address them readily and quickly. If we need a real estate agent in the future we will contact Karrie as she is trustworthy, ethical and an excellent professional in her field. Would we recommended her to others? By all means!
We retained Karrie as our listing and selling agent for a second home we decided to sell in late 2023. Karrie went out of her way to help us list and find buyers for this home. There were a few hiccups along the way with the buyers and Karrie was able to coach us on working through these and get us to the goal line. We had a great experience with Karrie as our buyer’s agent for our relocation. She is highly dedicated, responsive and easy to work with. Karrie provided tremendous local knowledge and streamlined the process for us by doing video tours of homes we were interested in and showing properties to a local friend to get a 2nd opinion before we would make an investment to fly up. During our home search, the market climate for buyers was extremely competitive. She presented pros and cons for different strategies, but was always respectful and supportive in our decisions (for example, we did not want to waive our right to inspection).
